Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YouTube Canvas (the "Service"), operated by Indian Tec Solutions (Proprietorship), GSTIN 27DBOPP3706G1ZE. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

2. Credits & payments

  • The Service uses a credit-pack model. Credits are consumed by AI operations you initiate (script, image, voice, export).
  • Prices are listed in INR and are exclusive of applicable GST.
  • Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. Purchases are final and non-refundable — see our Refund Policy.
  • Credits do not expire while your account is in good standing.
  • We may adjust credit consumption rates with 7 days' notice as underlying AI model prices change.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, harasses, defames, or endangers others; sexual content depicting minors; disinformation intended to deceive; or content that violates the acceptable-use policies of our AI subprocessors. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without refund.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the topics, scripts, and prompts you submit and the videos you export. You grant us a limited licence to process this content solely to provide the Service.

5. AI-generated output

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or resemble existing works. You are responsible for reviewing all output before publishing. We make no warranty as to originality, accuracy, or fitness for any purpose.

6. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (Google, ElevenLabs, Cashfree, Supabase) may cause downtime.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or abusive usage. Unused credits are forfeited on termination for cause.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
