Refund Policy

All sales are final

YouTube Canvas sells prepaid credit packs. Because credits can be consumed immediately by AI operations that incur non-recoverable cost from our upstream providers (Google Gemini, ElevenLabs, and others), all credit purchases are final and non-refundable. This applies whether or not the credits have been used.

Why no refunds?

• Credits translate directly to third-party AI compute we pre-purchase on your behalf.
• The Starter pack (₹499) exists specifically so you can evaluate the platform at low cost before committing.
• Credits never expire — you can use them at any pace.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, issue a credit adjustment (not a monetary refund) in the following cases:

• A verified platform bug caused credits to be consumed without producing output.
• A duplicate charge due to a payment gateway error.
• A charge you did not authorise (report within 7 days).

To report such an issue, email support@youtubecanvas.com within 7 days of the transaction with your order ID and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in account suspension pending investigation.
