This Privacy Policy describes how Indian Tec Solutions ("we", "us", "our") operating YouTube Canvas (the "Service") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Service.

1. Information we collect

  • Account data: name, email address, and profile picture provided by your Google sign-in.
  • Content data: topics, scripts, prompts, generated images, and audio you create within the Service.
  • Payment data: billing address and GST number if provided; payment card details are processed directly by Cashfree Payments and never stored on our servers.
  • Usage data: AI model calls, credit consumption, session logs, and error diagnostics.
  • Cookies: essential cookies for authentication and session management only.

2. How we use it

  • To operate the Service, render your projects, and export your videos.
  • To bill you accurately and issue GST invoices.
  • To improve model prompts, prevent abuse, and provide support.
  • To send transactional emails about your account, invoices, and important service changes.

3. Sharing

We share the minimum data required with our subprocessors:

  • Supabase (auth, database, storage) — account data and generated project assets.
  • Google Gemini / Nano Banana — the prompts you submit for script and image generation.
  • ElevenLabs — the script text you submit for voice generation.
  • Cashfree Payments — order metadata and billing details for payment processing.

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, GST-related invoice records for 8 years).

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@youtubecanvas.com. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you also have the right to grievance redressal — contact our grievance officer at the same address.

6. Security

Data is transmitted over TLS and stored in encrypted managed infrastructure. Access is scoped by row-level security and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and you use the Service at your own risk.

7. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. Do not use the Service if you are under 18.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect.
